Workout to weight loss

Obesity is one of the problems today because unhealthy citizen sometimes are not productive. There are many ways to fight obesity. You can lose your weight by proper diet and having a regular exercise. Workout can also help us to lose our weight. There are many forms of workout that can help to weight loss but sometimes there is a conflict of schedule for example a working person who go to the office everyday cannot have a regular workout in order to lose weight.

In my case, I am a working person, I go to my work every day, but I have always a time to have workout before going to work. I really need to have exercise so that I can lose my weight and stay healthy. In order for me to have time for workout to lose weight, I wake up at 4:30 in the morning do some stretching, leg, arm and body stretching. A stretch reflex causes our muscle to relax. During stretching the muscle can be stretched a little further, without pain or discomfort. If there are feelings of pain or discomfort then the stretch should be reduced in order to prevent over-stretching and muscle damage.

After stretching activity, I jog on place since I have a small space in my room, I do jogging in place, no need to go outside. I jog continuously for five minutes. Jogging is an effective way to lose weight. You can lose significant amount of body fat by just jogging for a few minutes every day.

Sit-up and push up is the next work out after I have done in my jogging workout. Regular sit-up and push up workouts train your muscles including your abdomen, back, shoulder, arms and hips to work together, which creates more overall body stability and balance.

Finally, I ended up my daily workout by drinking 4 to 5 glasses of water. It promotes weight Loss by removing products of fat, reduces eating intake, reduces hunger, raises your metabolism and has zero calories.
