Individual adults or children need to have weight loss in order to reduce the total body mass, loss of fluid and body fat to become healthy physically and mentally. Weight loss naturally is best than taking any diet pills or supplement. Some of the best way to lose fat in natural way is to drink two liters of water per day and the meal should be taken in smaller portion rather than larger portion. Another way to loss weigh in natural way is to take less calorie food and exercise your body regularly.

What you need most in natural way of weight loss is discipline. You need to make a schedule or diet program to be follow regularly. For example you will do your exercise early in the morning or at night. Control yourself by avoiding foods that can give more calories to your body. Make a habit to drink two liters of water per day. This natural way is tested for several decades and it is an effective way to loss your weight safely. What you need in this method is self-discipline and determination. In my case I used to wake up early in the morning about 4:00 am do some basic stretching after that jogging on place inside my room, doing sit-up, push up and jumping jumps. The minimum time I spend in all my exercise is ten minutes every morning. After having done in exercise I drink four glass of water, do bowel activities, eat breakfast usually with green leafy vegetables. Continue drinking water up to in the afternoon. That is my own version on how I loss my weight in natural way.
