Acne prevention

Our face is our reflection therefore it should always clear, clean and acne free. Having acne is very embarrassing because people can see it every time you meet with them. Acne can be prevented in several ways. There are tips on how to prevent or some advice on acne treatment. Before we are going to discuss about acne prevention we will have a short background about acne. It is cause by an infection in the skin and it is characterized by red pimples on the face usually in teenagers.

To prevent acne and to maintain a healthy skin particularly face, cleanliness is very important. In my case I used to wash my body and face twice a day, one in the morning and one in the evening before I go to sleep. After washing in morning and evening I clean my face using astringents. Drinking lots of water can help to prevent and it is also good for acne treatment. In my case I drink two litters of water per day.

Eating of fruits and vegetables and avoiding oily foods can also help to the prevention of acne and to the treatment of acne. I always include in my diet vegetables like squash and green leafy vegetables. For fruits I usually eat apple and banana.  Having enough sleep can help to prevent acne and it can also treat acne problems. I always take time to sleep to prevent acne.

Regular vowel movements are also important and it can help to the treatment and prevention of acne. Toxin in our body is one that can cause acne problem, by having regular vowel it can help to lesser the problem in acne. In my case I make sure that I can release my toxic or waste early in the morning.
Having a regular exercise can help in the prevention and treatment of acne. Regular exercise can help our body to function normally. I have my daily routine exercise I wake up early in the morning at 4am and start my exercise and it contributes a lot in the prevention and acne treatment.
