Source of Vitamin C

Sources of vitamin C are found usually in fruits and other vegetables. Aside from fruits and vegetables the easiest way to have vitamin C is to buy it on a pharmacy. There are many pharmaceutical that make vitamin C and it is produced for commercial purpose and it is available in different pharmacy. Today there are also many herbal products of vitamin C and they produced it to be used by the people to help increase their immune system.

Personally I take vitamin C every day but my source of vitamin C is “Calamansi”. It is a family of citrus fruit and it contains lots of vitamin C. I have planted calamnsi in my backyard and I harvest it every week for my own consumption. I have really a good source of vitamin C taken from calamansi. Every day I make calamansi juice and I enjoy drinking it.

The procedure on preparing calamansi juice which is a good source of vitamin C is very simple. I slice calamansi using knife, then I extract the juice, put it in a glass and mix it with water and put some honey. We need to boast our immune system so that we can prevent some of the diseases and by drinking a calamansi juice which is a good source of vitamin C, some common diseases can be prevented.


Another thing that I really like to drink calamansi juice every morning because it helps to clean my colon and it prevents constipation and by that it is easy to release some body waste. It is important to have a clean colon in order to make us healthy. By drinking a calamansi juice which is a good source of vitamin C can also help to lose weight. Today there are many people who are obese and also there are diet program that can help to reduce weight but based on my experience, I lose weight by drinking calamansi juice regularly.
