Our menu for today is fried fish with tomato sauce, it taste delicious and healthy to eat. This menu is considered as one of the Filipino menu that is a favorite to be eaten by everybody. It is a healthy menu because fish contains less cholesterol, low in fat and also tomato is rich in lycopene that is good for our health. This Filipino menu is very popular at home or in a food house because the ingredients are simple, low cost, and economical and the ingredients are available in the market and it is easy to prepare. 

If you are thinking about the menu that you are going to prepare for your family that is economical, delicious and healthy then try to cook fried fish with tomato sauce. What I really like in this menu is it taste sweet and sour and I like to eat fish rather than pork or beef. Fish is healthy to eat because aside from it contains less cholesterol, fish is easily to be digest. Fried fish with tomato sauce is good to be eaten by a person who is on diet and losing weight.

To start preparing the fried fish with tomato sauce we need to have our ingredients. The following ingredients needed in our menu are listed below. Don’t worry because we need simple ingredients that can be found in the market, here are the ingredients: 1 kilo fish, 200 grams tomato sauce, onion, garlic, cooking oil, tomato, salt and bell pepper.

Our ingredients for fried fish with tomato sauce is already complete, to cook our menu for today we need to follow a simple procedure. Don’t be afraid the steps on how to cook fried fish with tomato sauce are very simple and easy. The steps or producers are: 

1. Clean the fish.
2. Slice the onion and garlic, tomato and set aside for later use.
3. Fried the fish, you need a frying pan and cooking oil.
4. After the fish is being fried set it aside.
5. Using a cooking pan saute the onion and garlic using little amount of cooking oil.
6. Add 3 cups of water and let it boiled for 5 to 10 minutes.
7. Add the tomato sauce and put some sugar, salt and taste it. Add sugar or salt if necessary in order to improve the taste.
8. Add the fried fish and the bell paper.
